My main subjects are people and animal portraits. I do draw other subjects, such as landscapes, buildings, personal objects, etc. I am able to draw anything from a photograph with enough details. Because these subjects vary a lot in terms of detail, I will have to see the photograph before providing a quote.
Portraits often take 2-8 weeks to complete, depending on workload, size, subject and details. Please contact me well in advance if you are ordering for a special occasion.
It is important that you are choosing high quality and detailed photos. On the ordering process page you will find a list with tips for choosing and taking good photos.
I can work from any photo with enough detail. If you have (old) printed photos which contain a large subject, I may be able to use them. You can scan them in high resolution (minimum of 300 dpi) at a printing shop and send the file to me.
I do not offer framing service as framing comes down to personal preference and will add excessive shipping costs. It is advisable to take your drawing to a local framer. They can advise you about different types of frames, mounts, and glass.
